Delete Your WorkRythm Account

WorkRythm supports in-app account deletion and email-based deletion requests for users who cannot access the app.

In-App Deletion

  1. Open WorkRythm and sign in to the account you want to delete.
  2. Go to Settings or Profile.
  3. Select Delete Account.
  4. Confirm the warning. You may need to sign in again if the provider requires recent authentication.

Email Request

If you cannot access the app, email duvariangames@gmail.com with the subject "WorkRythm Account Deletion". Include the account email, sign-in provider if known, and a short confirmation that you want deletion.

What Is Deleted

  • Account profile and authentication-linked app records controlled by WorkRythm.
  • Saved app data such as decks, quizzes, tasks, study history, progress, and app-specific state where technically available.
  • Notification tokens associated with the account where technically available.

What May Be Retained

Some records may be retained where required for fraud prevention, purchase entitlement history, legal obligations, tax/accounting, security, dispute handling, or platform compliance. Store purchase records are also handled by Apple App Store, Google Play, and RevenueCat under their own policies.

Timing

In-app deletion is usually immediate for the app-controlled account record. Email deletion requests are reviewed manually and typically handled within 30 days unless additional verification or legal retention requirements apply.
