Delete Your WorkRythm: AI Study Cards Account

WorkRythm provides permanent in-app account deletion. If you cannot access the app, you can request deletion by email after we verify that the account belongs to you.

Delete Your Account in the App

  1. Open WorkRythm and sign in to the account you want to delete.
  2. Open Settings.
  3. Select Delete Account.
  4. Read the permanent-deletion warning and confirm.
  5. If WorkRythm reports that recent authentication is required, sign out, sign in again with the same provider, return to Settings, and repeat the deletion request.

For accounts that use Sign in with Apple, WorkRythm asks you to authenticate with Apple again and revokes the Apple authorization token before deleting the WorkRythm account.

WorkRythm reports success only after the server accepts the deletion and the app completes its local cleanup. If the request fails, the app keeps the account and data available so you can retry safely.

Request Deletion by Email

If you cannot access the app, email duvariangames@gmail.com with the subject WorkRythm Account Deletion. Include the account email address and sign-in provider if known. Do not send your password, an API key, an authentication code, or full payment-card details.

We may ask for reasonable account-ownership verification. Verified email requests are normally completed within 30 days unless a shorter period is required by law or a limited legal retention obligation applies.

Cloud Data Deleted by WorkRythm

  • Your Firebase Authentication account and active WorkRythm profile, including email, display name, sign-in provider, reminder settings, notification token, token balance, and entitlement state.
  • User-linked AI token ledgers, reward and rate-limit records, and WorkRythm's copies of RevenueCat purchase-event records.
  • Temporary AI photos stored under your user-specific Firebase Storage path.

Data Deleted from That Device

  • Flashcard decks, quizzes, tasks and task stages, completed-task history, AI+ input and result history, and locally cached AI images.
  • Pomodoro history, study statistics, spaced-repetition records, streaks, app preferences, and locally stored account state.
  • WorkRythm notification tokens and scheduled local notifications associated with the deleted account.

Files you previously exported or shared outside WorkRythm's app storage are not deleted because those copies are under your or the receiving app's control.

What May Remain

  • A one-way pseudonymous deletion marker for 30 days, used only to prevent delayed purchase webhooks from recreating deleted account records.
  • Transactions, subscriptions, receipts, and entitlement records controlled by Apple App Store, Google Play, RevenueCat, payment, tax, or accounting systems under their own retention rules.
  • Aggregated analytics, crash reports, bounded security or abuse-prevention logs, records required by law, and encrypted backups until their normal rotation completes.

Retained records are not used to restore your deleted WorkRythm profile or local study library.

Device Limitation for Email Requests

An email request can delete WorkRythm-controlled cloud account data after verification, but it cannot remotely erase local files from a device we cannot access. If you cannot complete in-app deletion, clear WorkRythm's app storage or uninstall the app on each device after any local material you want to keep has been exported.

Subscriptions and Reinstallation

Deleting your WorkRythm account or uninstalling the app does not automatically cancel a subscription managed by Apple App Store or Google Play. Cancel it through the applicable store subscription settings. Reinstalling WorkRythm will not restore a deleted WorkRythm profile, although the store may still allow eligible purchases to be restored to a newly authenticated account.
