WorkRythm Terms of Use

These terms govern use of WorkRythm and related public support pages.

Use of the App

WorkRythm provides AI study tools, flashcards, quizzes, Pomodoro sessions, tasks, reminders, progress features, and optional purchases. You are responsible for using the app lawfully and for any content you upload, generate, save, or share.

Accounts and Security

You must keep account credentials secure and provide accurate information where required. You may not access another person's account, bypass security controls, abuse AI or purchase systems, or interfere with the app's operation.

AI Outputs and Study Content

AI-generated content can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a specific exam, course, or assignment. Review outputs before relying on them. WorkRythm is a study aid and does not replace professional, academic, legal, medical, or financial advice.

Purchases and Subscriptions

Optional purchases, subscriptions, tokens, and ad-removal features are processed by Apple App Store, Google Play, RevenueCat, or related platform services. Billing, renewal, refund, cancellation, and tax handling follow the applicable store rules. Never send payment card details to support.

Acceptable Use

  • Do not upload content you do not have the right to use.
  • Do not upload sensitive personal, confidential, or illegal material unless you have authority and accept the processing risk.
  • Do not use the app to create harmful, deceptive, infringing, or unlawful content.
  • Do not reverse engineer, overload, scrape, or attack the service.

Ownership

You retain rights you have in your own study material. DuVarian Games & Software owns the WorkRythm app, design, software, trademarks, and service materials except for third-party content and libraries.

Availability and Changes

Features may change, be limited, or become unavailable due to maintenance, platform rules, abuse prevention, service provider limits, or business needs. We may update these terms when the app or legal requirements change.

Disclaimers and Liability

WorkRythm is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the fullest extent allowed by law. We are not responsible for losses caused by misuse, unsupported devices, third-party services, inaccurate AI outputs, or events outside our reasonable control.
