Who Provides WorkRythm

WorkRythm: AI Study Cards is developed by DuVarian Games & Software. By using the app, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Eligibility and Accounts

You must be legally able to agree to these terms. If local law requires parental or guardian consent, you may use WorkRythm only with that consent. You may access the app with Google, Apple on supported devices, email and password, or an anonymous guest account.

You are responsible for maintaining control of your sign-in method and for activity performed through your account. Do not access another person's account or misrepresent your identity. Some account operations, including permanent deletion, may require recent authentication.

What the App Provides

WorkRythm provides tools for creating, importing, exporting, and reviewing flashcards and quizzes; organizing tasks; running Pomodoro focus sessions; using reminders; viewing study statistics and spaced-repetition progress; and requesting AI+ flashcards, quizzes, summaries, photo explanations, and learning paths.

Study content is generally stored on your device. Account, reminder, AI token, and entitlement state uses Firebase services. AI+ requests require network processing by Firebase and OpenAI as described in the Privacy Policy.

AI+ Inputs and Outputs

You decide what topics, prompts, photos, notes, or supported documents to submit. You must have the necessary rights and permission to use that material. Do not submit unlawful content or another person's confidential or personal information without authorization.

AI-generated material can be incomplete, incorrect, outdated, or unsuitable for a particular exam, course, assignment, or decision. Review outputs against reliable sources before relying on them. WorkRythm is a study aid and does not provide academic certification or professional medical, legal, financial, or safety advice.

Your Content and Permission to Process It

You keep any rights you already hold in your study material. You give WorkRythm and its service providers a limited permission to host, transmit, transform, and process the material only as needed to provide the feature you request, protect the service, and comply with law. This permission ends when the material is deleted, subject to provider processing and limited retention described in the Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for exported or shared files after they leave WorkRythm's managed app storage.

AI Tokens and Virtual Items

AI tokens are in-app units used for eligible AI+ requests. Tokens and avatar unlocks may be granted, earned through rewarded ads, or purchased where offered. They are not money, have no cash value, are not transferable, and cannot be redeemed outside WorkRythm. Token costs and available features may change prospectively; the app shows the applicable cost before a request is made.

We may reverse duplicate, fraudulent, refunded, or incorrectly credited virtual items. Any mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Purchases, Subscriptions, and Restores

Optional subscriptions, token packs, avatar items, focus-pass access, and ad-removal products are offered through Apple App Store or Google Play and managed with RevenueCat. Prices, taxes, billing, renewal, cancellation, refunds, family sharing, and payment methods are governed by the store account and terms shown at purchase.

Use the applicable store subscription settings to cancel a renewable subscription. Deleting WorkRythm or deleting your WorkRythm account does not automatically cancel a store subscription. You can use Restore Purchases where available to recover supported entitlements associated with your store account.

Advertising

WorkRythm may show interstitial and rewarded ads through Google AdMob unless an applicable entitlement removes them. Rewarded ads are optional; any reward is granted only after the qualifying ad flow completes. Advertising behavior can vary by platform, region, consent status, and account settings as explained in the Privacy Policy.

Acceptable Use

• Do not use WorkRythm to create, upload, distribute, or encourage illegal, harmful, deceptive, infringing, abusive, or privacy-invasive content.
• Do not upload material you lack permission to process.
• Do not bypass authentication, App Check, token costs, purchase checks, rate limits, advertisements, or other access controls.
• Do not probe, attack, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, resell, or interfere with the app or its providers except where applicable law expressly permits an activity that cannot be restricted by contract.
• Do not automate requests or use multiple accounts to obtain rewards, tokens, or entitlements unfairly.

WorkRythm Ownership

DuVarian Games & Software and its licensors own WorkRythm's software, visual design, brand, service logic, and materials other than your content and third-party components. Subject to these terms, you receive a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app for its intended purpose.

Third-Party Services

WorkRythm relies on Firebase and Google Cloud, OpenAI, RevenueCat, Apple App Store, Google Play, and Google AdMob. Their services, availability, accounts, purchases, and data handling are also subject to their own terms and policies. WorkRythm is not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

Suspension and Account Deletion

We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users or providers, investigate abuse or fraud, comply with law, or enforce these terms. You may permanently delete your WorkRythm account from Settings. The exact deletion scope, local-device limitations, and retained provider records are described on the Account Deletion page.

Availability and Changes

We work to keep WorkRythm available, but features can be interrupted, limited, corrected, or discontinued because of maintenance, security, provider availability, device compatibility, platform rules, usage limits, or product changes. We do not promise uninterrupted access or permanent availability of a specific AI model, feature, price, reward, or virtual item.

Disclaimers and Limits

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WorkRythm is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties that every output, feature, or third-party service will be accurate, available, or fit for a specific purpose. To the same extent, DuVarian Games & Software is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from misuse, lost local content, inaccurate AI output, unsupported devices, or third-party services.

Nothing in these terms excludes warranties, remedies, or liabilities that applicable law does not allow us to exclude or limit.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms when WorkRythm, its providers, or legal and platform requirements change. The effective date identifies the current version. Where required, we will provide additional notice before material changes take effect.
