Contact us about an account, purchase, AI+ feature, privacy request, account deletion, or technical problem. Include only the information needed to investigate your request.

Include your platform, device model, app version, account email if relevant, and a concise description of what happened and when. Screenshots are useful only after you remove unrelated personal information.

Never send your password, an API key, a one-time authentication code, or full payment-card details.

Account and sign-in Use the subject “WorkRythm Account Support.” Include the sign-in provider and approximate time of the issue. Do not send credentials or codes.

Purchases and subscriptions Use the subject “WorkRythm Purchase Support.” Include the store, product name, approximate purchase date, and a redacted order reference if needed. Billing, cancellation, and refunds remain subject to Apple App Store or Google Play rules.

AI+ study features Use the subject “WorkRythm AI+ Support.” Name the feature and describe the expected result. Do not attach sensitive source material; use a redacted sample only if it is necessary to reproduce the problem.

Privacy rights Use the subject “WorkRythm Privacy Request.” State whether you are requesting access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or a copy of your information. We may verify account ownership.

Account deletion Use the subject “WorkRythm Account Deletion.” For the fastest complete device-and-cloud cleanup, use Settings > Delete Account in the app. See the account-deletion page if you cannot sign in.
